How to Submit Your Donation

When submitting your donation please complete the following form:

Silent Auction Item Form

You are encouraged to fill out all the information. By doing so, we can send a thank you note to the person or business that made the donation. Once completed, please attach the form to your donation.

If you plan to solicit businesses for donations, please use the following forms to make contact. The first form is a solicitation letter written by our silent auction coordinator that introduces the band and requests a donation. The second form is our official 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS verifying our status as a non-profit organization. Our 501(c)(3) number allows any entity that donates to our auction to deduct the value of their donation(s) from their taxes.
